Terms of Service — Dispo!

By downloading, accessing, or using the Dispo! mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using Dispo!, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it current.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Post content that infringes on the rights of others or violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create within the App (circle names, event titles, messages, etc.). By creating content, you grant Dispo! a limited license to host and display this content to the circles you choose, solely to operate the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its source code, design, graphics, logo, and all original content, is the exclusive property of Gaëtan Pusel and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispo! and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
