This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use the Dispo! mobile application (the "App").

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All Rights Reserved. The App, including its source code, design, graphics, logo, and all original content, is the exclusive property of Gaëtan Pusel and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of this App is strictly prohibited.

2. Information We Collect

To provide the core features of the App (organizing events with friends), we collect the following information:

• Account Information: Email address and display name (via Google Sign-in).
• Circles & Events: Data you create within the App, including circle names, event titles, locations (as text addresses), dates, notes, and RSVP status.
• Location Data: With your permission, we access your device's GPS location solely to help you select a location when creating an event. Your precise GPS coordinates are never stored — only the text address you confirm is saved.
• Device Information: We collect Firebase Installation IDs and FCM tokens solely to deliver push notifications.
• Crash & Performance Data: We use Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase to monitor app stability and improve user experience. This data is anonymised and aggregated.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Firebase Authentication: To manage user login and security.
• Cloud Firestore: To store and sync your circles and events.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): To send real-time push notifications.
• Google Analytics for Firebase: To understand app usage and engagement.
• Firebase Crashlytics: To detect and fix technical issues.
• Google Maps Platform: To display maps and assist with location selection when creating events.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the Settings screen within the App. This action is permanent and irreversible.

5. Security

We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
